Thriver Solutions (“we”, “us”) is a web development team based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what our website, thriversolutions.com, collects, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, email address and message. We also record the IP address the message came from and the country it’s in, which helps us spot spam.
When you use the chat: whatever you type into the chat window, including any name or email address you share there. The chat only loads when you click its button. From then on, Crisp, our chat provider, also receives technical details such as your IP address and browser.
When you browse the site: Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your device and browser, your approximate location (worked out from your IP address), and actions such as scrolling, following links to other sites, and using the contact form and chat. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, processes your IP address and the details of each request in order to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare Web Analytics also records the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your country, device and browser, and how quickly each page loads, without cookies or anything else stored in your browser.

How we use it

To reply to your messages and provide the services you ask about.
To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
To keep the site and the contact form secure and free of spam.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Only the companies that run parts of the site for us:

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website, runs the contact form and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox and keeps a copy in its logs.
Google hosts our email (Google Workspace), where your messages arrive, and provides Google Analytics.
Crisp, based in France, provides the chat.

These companies may process information in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. These are the ones our site uses:

Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_MKHTZ4KXW1 to count visits and recognize returning visitors. They last up to two years. They belong to thriversolutions.com, so they don’t follow you to other websites.
Crisp stores a cookie and some data in your browser, but only after you click the chat button, so your conversation is still there when you come back.
Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people apart from bots.
Our “page not found” page keeps your best time from its glass-breaking game in your browser’s local storage, so it’s still there next time. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser’s data for our site removes it.

We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits on every website, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google also explains how it uses information from sites that use its services.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our site doesn’t change what it does when it receives one. Google Analytics and Crisp collect information about your visits to this site over time, as described above, but we haven’t turned on Google Analytics’ advertising features, and nothing on our site is set up to track you across other websites.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing support@thriversolutions.com.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and chat conversations as long as they’re useful for replying to you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Security

We protect your information with reasonable measures, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No website can promise perfect security.

Children

Our site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
